Petition to vacate arbitrator partial final award. Petitioners Mahender Makhijani; Continuum Analytics, Inc. ("Continuum"); Mother AS Trader Team LLC; MOM BS Investor Group LLC; MOM CA Investor Group LLC; MOM AS Manager LLC; MOM BS Manager LLC; and MOM CA Supervisor LLC (collectively, "Petitioners") ask for an order concern to vacate teh Partial here Obtain Award in its entirety as the Arbitrator (one) failed to deliver adequate disclosures; (two) exceeded the scope of his powers; (three) refused to allow discovery in to the Honarkar Parties' financial documents (despite Petitioners' assert of financial mismanagement); and (four) exercised juridiction more than Makhijani, that's not a celebration to any arbitration arrangement that might carry him less than this Arbitrator's jurisdiction.
